CUSTOMER AGREEMENT AND PROOF OF SERVICE(S) RENDERED
I(Customer) approve the payment of in favor of
NETMANTRA INFORMATION SERVICES (hereby referred to as Company) for the technical services
rendered on my Computer. By signing the document below, I agree to accept all of the following:
1. I am fully aware that the Company is an Independent Technical Services Provider, and it is not
associated or affiliated with any third party Brands unless specified.
2. I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the requisite Disclaimer(s)
of the Company before accepting to sign this agreement.
3. I understand that I (Customer) came in contact with the Company by making a phone call after
searching for Server or Network support online.
4. I completely understand that Company IT Helpdesk offered the services using Internet Network or
RDP technology and remotely logging-in to my computer device while I was made aware that I will have
complete control of the Remote Session during the time technician(s) worked on my device, and I was
also in touch with them via telephone during that course of time.
5. I have received the services for which I am making the payment mentioned in Invoice Copy. I have
verified that my machine/device is completely functional after the services were rendered and before
signing this document, also understand that the services provided to me are non-refundable and there
are no other Warranties for these Services.
6. I am made aware of the fact that if I experience a problem with the very same service(s) that was
provided to me on this day, then I can contact the Company on email at same mail address within
fifteen (15) business days from this day to raise a ticket. Company will use commercially reasonable
efforts to try to resolve the problem at no additional charge. If those efforts are unsuccessful, the
Company will refund the fees that I paid for the Individual Service.
7. Beyond the fifteen (15) day period after the Services were initially rendered, should I continue to
experience dissatisfaction in any manner, I agree to apprise the Company of the same and offer my
cooperation to resolve any Dispute(s) amicably.
NETMANTRA INFORMATION SERVICES,HEREBY ALSO
ADVISES THE CUSTOMER THAT IT DOES NOT PROVIDE SEPARATE BACKUP COPIES OR SUPPORT
INSTALLATION OF UNLICENSED SOFTWARE TO ITS CUSTOMERS. I UNDERSTAND THAT, IT IS MY
RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT I HAVE A LICENSED COPY OF ALL NECESSARY SOFTWARE(S). I WAS
AWARE OF MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTAINING AND BACKING UP ALL INFORMATION, DATA, TEXT
OR OTHER MATERIALS COLLECTIVELY CUSTOMER DATA" AND SOFTWARE STORED ON
MY DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIA BEFORE ORDERING THE SERVICES. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT
NETMANTRA INFORMATION SERVICES (THE COMPANY)OR ITS REFERRAL PARTNERS HAVE NO
RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ANY TIME FOR ANY LOSS OR
CORRUPTION OF CUSTOMER DATA, SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF THE SERVICES.
I am Completely Satisfied with the services that i have got . I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT AND AGREE TO
ALL OF THE ABOVE.
